The prominent attraction of Kota, 7 Wonders Park, as the name suggests, houses the replicas of 7 famous monuments of the world – Eiffel Tower (France), Taj Mahal (India), Statue of Liberty (USA), Pyramid of Giza (Egypt), The Christ Redeemer (Brazil), Colosseum (Italy), Leaning Tower of Pisa (Italy).
It was opened to the public in 2013 for the sole purpose to increase tourism in the city. While some of the replicas are pretty small in size like those of Colosseum and Pyramid and look totally unreal, rests are also not too big.
We had gone there in the evening with not many people there. The park starts to fill in around 6 as the place just lits up during dark with all the lightning effect on replicas, making all the replicas look beautiful and attractive. But going during dark also means being friend with a swarm of mosquitoes, so have no regrets going there in the evening.
There are few eatery shops at the end of the park with common dining area and low quality plastic chairs for seating option. Food is tasteless and slight expensive considering the average quality of food.
Though it’s a good effort from the government to bring more tourist to Kota, miniature models are crammed into a little space of park so much so that they are erected after every few meters of one another, thus making the whole place soulless.

Park is constructed on the banks of Kishore Sagar Lake which adds to the value of the park. The option of boating is also available in the lake.
All being said, it’s a nice place for families to spend some time together. You may bring a mat and home-cooked food and have a picnic with family or you may take a stroll around the park and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. And of course, if you want to see the wonders of the world and don’t have money, then you may very well come to 7 wonders Park and see all the wonders for just Rs 10.

I went there. The only problem I found was that the buildings/towers were extremely small in size in comparison to the real ones. But it’s quite peaceful and beautiful.
