I haven’t been to India yet, but it’s way up high on my bucket list. However, I find the size and the variety quite intimidating – and showing me how much there is to see in Jaipur alone discourages me even more 😉 Just kidding: It looks amazing and when I go, I’ll make sure I’ll visit.
Val says

Wow! These are all wonderful places to visit in Jaipur! India was not on our bucket list, but we have to add it now after reading your post! We’d love to visit the Patrika Gate and its awesome hand painting on that gate, as well as the City Palace, the Galtaji Temple (and the monkeys around the temple) and the Albert Hall Museum! Too bad that the Jal Mahal is not open to visitors, but it’s also beautiful to see it from afar. Does it sometimes stand below the water?
Nitin Singhal says

Jaipur is one of the most-sought destinations of India and it doesn’t disappoint at all.
Tom says
A pink city–never heard of that before. Amer Fort looks huge, but I think some of the palaces look better, and the gate looks amazing. That last temple with the water foreground I bet makes for good photos. You didn’t mention the food? Good stuff there?
Nitin Singhal says
Rajasthan is crazy about painting most of the buildings of a city in a particular colour. Jodhpur is called Blue city and Udaipur is called White city, crazy right!!
I didn’t mention food because I did not have much time to explore food in Jaipur. Most of the time I had the meal close to the attraction.
Yara says
