Location
The SATS Premier Lounge is conveniently located on level 3 of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. After clearing immigration, passengers can easily find the lounge by moving towards the direction of Gate A and taking the escalator to reach level 3. The lounge is just a few steps away from the escalator, making it easily accessible to passengers.
Check-In
The check-in process at the SATS Premier Lounge is swift and efficient. During our visit, we did not encounter any queues and were able to gain access to the lounge within a minute. To gain entry, we presented our Priority Pass and Boarding Pass, and the lounge staff verified our eligibility to access the lounge.
Interior
The SATS Premier Lounge has been recently refurbished during the Covid pandemic, and as a result, the lounge boasts a modern and elegant design. The furniture is new, and the lounge area features armchairs in red, grey, and mahogany color schemes. Additionally, a small dining area is available, complete with red and grey-colored bar chairs. The lounge also features a couple of shower rooms and a few massage chairs, offering passengers an opportunity to relax and freshen up before their flights.
Food
One of the highlights of SATS Premier Lounge is its impressive buffet spread, which includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
During our visit, we sampled all the vegetarian options, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and authentic flavors. The Paneer Masala was particularly noteworthy, as it tasted just like the ones we’ve had in Delhi. The Vegetable Dalcha was a new dish for us, and we found it to be a delightful blend of spices and flavors. The breakfast cereals and sandwiches were also available, even during lunch hours, along with instant meals like vegetarian instant noodles.
The lounge also served a delectable Pandan Chiffon Cake, which was fluffy, light, and utterly delicious. Unlimited beverages, including juice, beer, wine, and soft drinks, were available, and passengers could also make tea and coffee using the coffee machines.
Final Thoughts
SATS Premier Lounge provides an exceptional and comfortable experience for passengers, offering them a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of the airport.
During our visit, we found the lounge to be quiet, relaxing, and spacious, which is a welcome change from the small, crowded, and chaotic lounges that we’ve experienced elsewhere. The food options are exceptional, especially for vegetarians, and the quality and taste of the dishes surpassed our expectations.
Although we have not visited any other lounges at Changi Airport apart from the Changi Lounge at Jewel, we can confidently say that SATS Premier Lounge is the best lounge we’ve experienced so far.
If you have visited the SATS Premier Lounge, we would love to hear about your experience in the comments below.

That’s a good review. But when I visited Changi airport I was too busy wandering around the gardens, shops and food hall in the basement
